Cosmin Anghel has been actively involved in a number of significant cross-border banking and finance transactions on syndicated finance, derivatives, securitizations, Eurobonds issues. He advised international and investment banks such as ABN Amro, Barclays, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Citibank, Societe Generale, HVB, Mizuho, Unicredit, BNP Paribas and Rabobank. Cosmin worked within Clifford Chance London office in 2004. He joined Badea Clifford Chance in 2002, since the establishment of the firm.

Madalina Rachieru is specialized in domestic and international capital markets transactions (bonds issues and IPOs), as well as in banking and finance practice, having advised investment banks and other international financial institutions such as JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, HVB/Bank Austria, BCR/Erste Bank, UBS, ING Bank, ABN Amro, BNP Paribas and Dexia. Madalina worked in 2007 in the Capital Markets team within Clifford Chance London office, where she advised on some major international capital markets transactions. She is part of Badea Clifford Chance since the establishment of the firm in 2002.

Andreea Sisman has 9 years of experience as business lawyer, having advised on banking and finance, real estate, real estate finance practices and infrastructure projects. She was involved in major transactions for international banks, real estate developers and large corporates, such as BNP Paribas, Unicredit, Eurohypo, Bechtel, Avrig 35, Aareal Bank, CA IMMO and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Andreea is part of Badea Clifford Chance since since the establishment of the firm in 2002.
