Austria: Schoenherr advised Vista Equity Partners on the acquisition of Risk Management business

The Central European law firm Schoenherr advised US-Private Equity Firm Vista Equity Partners on the acquisition of the Trade and Risk Management business of Thomson Reuters. The new company will be called Turaz. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Schoenherr supported Vista Equity Partners on the Austrian part of the transaction, which concerned in total more than 60 jurisdictions.
