“We are delighted to have been nominated for this year’s awards ceremony alongside highly reputed international IP professionals, as well as corporations with outstanding IP portfolios and some of the world’s best IP law firms. We are extremely happy with the attention that our submission received from the judging panel, as it recognises our ceaseless commitment to delivering upscale performance to our clients in the field of IP, especially as regards counterfeiting and contraband of mass market products,” said Ciprian Dragomir, Partner at Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii and Head of the firm’s IP practice group.
The IP practice group at Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii advises clients on the registration, protection, licensing and transfer of patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs and software.
