Event: ICC Arbitration Breakfast in Romania, 14 May 2025, Bucharest

Initiated by the current ICC Court members for Romania, Ioana Knoll-Tudor (Partner, Addleshaw Goddard; Member, ICC Court) and Sebastian Guțiu (Office Managing Partner, Schoenherr Romania; Alternate Member, ICC Court), the event will be co-hosted together with Alexander G. Fessas (Secretary General, ICC International Court of Arbitration; Director, ICC Dispute Resolution Services).

On 14 May 2025, the ICC Dispute Resolution Services will host the first edition of the "ICC Arbitration Breakfast in Romania" event, a critical platform for professionals to engage with the evolving landscape of ICC arbitration.

Organized by ICC Dispute Resolution Services and sponsored by Schoenherr and Addleshaw Goddard, this event will focus on current trends, offering insights into ICC arbitration’s distinctive features, including a behind-the-scenes look at the ICC Court scrutiny process and its role in positioning ICC as a trusted arbitration institution. The event will also include a discussion on the financial aspects of ICC arbitration, addressing key issues such as cost allocation, fee structures, and strategies for managing cost-related risks in complex disputes.
