Dentas Kağıt Sanayi is a major manufacturer of moulded fibre products and supplier of egg packaging in Türkiye, Romania and Bulgaria.
Schoenherr's services covered sell-side legal advice in connection with this deal, including assistance with transaction structuring and negotiation, drafting and reviewing the transaction documents, and advising on a land carve-out as part of the deal. The transaction was signed in April 2025 in Bucharest and will be closed after regulatory approvals are obtained.
