Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL is a Romanian full-service law firm, offering both legal advisory services and assistance before the courts of law. We are a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Ltd and part of the expanding EY Law global network, which has more than 2,400 lawyers and offices in over 90 jurisdictions.
We are looking for senior associates who meet the following criteria:
· members of the Bucharest Bar
· thorough legal knowledge of corporate and civil law
· more than 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a reputed law firm
· fluent in English
· teamwork and relationship building capabilities, excellent communication skills, flexible, adaptable, and proactive
· sound legal reasoning, dedicated, very good legal writing skills
· demonstrate a keen interest in providing the highest levels of services to colleagues and clients

Your role
We are currently looking for senior associates to join our corporate / M&A / commercial team.
As a member of our team you will have an active role in:
· providing comprehensive consultancy and transaction services to the firm’s clients (including drafting legal analysis in the form of memorandums, emails, drafting specific documents such as corporate documents, contracts, legal alerts)
· working in close collaboration both with the coordinating lawyer and the junior lawyers
· teaming with tax and other business consultancy professionals in order to carry out multidisciplinary projects
