Dentons hosts successful business breakfast on how to prepare and attract investments for your business

Dentons along with INCIR (Institutul National de Control Intern din Romania), TaxHouse and Fredel Governance, organized a successful professional debate to discuss solutions to attract financing for business and/or planning a successful exit.

Dentons partners Cristina Daianu and Loredana Chitu − discussed IPO preparation in view of financing options and also the implications and potential risks of M&A transactions that companies will need to envisage and overcome for a successful business development.

The event benefitted from valuable insights brought by Cosmin Serbanescu (President, INCIR), Martyn Birchall (Managing Partner, Fredel Governance) and Angela Rosca (Managing Partner, Taxhouse) who shared their valuable expertise on streamlining business performance for entrepreneurs through internal control essentials, financing options for business founders as well as the impact of taxation at exits and how to prepare for it.

The seminar, that gathered participants from various industry sectors business owners, financial investors, entrepreneurs and practitioners, ended with a series of practical questions and scenarios, along with potential solutions that companies should implement in order to avoid associated risks.
