What do we offer?
→ Challenging cases. You’ll be shouldering significant and varied responsibilities. You’ll take part in both complex projects and precedent setting disputes, as well as in day-to-day assistance, drafting and court file management:
→ Handling regulatory disputes with important stakes for administrative and market practice, with a focus on competition law, market regulation, including digital markets, and public procurement
→ Handling commercial and insolvency-related disputes
→ Working on intellectual property, employment and platform liability cases

Who are we looking for?
→ Proven experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in litigation, demonstrating a strong track record, with a focus on EU Law. Additional experience in arbitration is an asset, but not a mandatory requirement.
→ Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
→ Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
→ Business-oriented mindset and curiosity about various industries, business models, and emerging technologies. Put your ability and creativity to work.
→ Team player. A collaborative, efficient, and adaptable team player who can also work independently. You are reliable, ask for help when necessary and offer to help when things get tough.
→ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
