Dentons promotes Alexandra Radulescu to partner and Oana Voda to senior counsel

Global law firm Dentons has announced two important promotions in Bucharest: Alexandra Radulescu has been promoted to partner and Oana Voda to senior counsel, effective April 1, 2023.

A member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Bucharest, Alexandra Radulescu has more than 16 years of experience with a particular focus on domestic and international arbitration, competition disputes, and general administrative disputes. She has arbitrated before the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris and Vienna.

She regularly advises clients from various industries—including highly regulated ones such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, automotive, energy, oil and gas—on domestic and EU industry regulations, competition as well as state-aid matters.

As Head of Public Procurement in Dentons’ Bucharest office, Oana Voda has more than 15 years of professional experience in implementing complex public procurement, PPP and concession projects in Romania as well as throughout Europe.

In her capacity as public procurement expert of the European Commission, the World Bank and the European Investment Bank, she has gained extensive experience advising private and public clients on a wide range of legal and strategic matters pertaining to innovative and sustainable procurement, cross-border joint procurement, preparation and implementation of PPP projects and negotiation of concession contracts.
