Electromontaj SA has acquired a controlling stake in the insurance company ABC Asigurări – Reasigurări SA

PNSA advised Electromontaj SA, the energy construction market leader in Romania, on the regulatory approval procedures for the acquisition of a controlling stake in the insurance company ABC Asigurări – Reasigurări SA in front of the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority.

The transaction was carried out under the form of a share capital increase in parallel with the acquisition of the controlling stake in the insurance company’s former majority shareholder Hidroconstructia SA, the largest Romanian company specialized in the field of hydropower and hydrotechnical constructions.
