Filip & Company law firm assisted Alsendo, the leading delivery management solutions provider in CEE, owned by Abris Capital Partners (“Abris”), a private equity investor specialising in ESG transformation, in the acquisition of Ecolet, a B2X logistics platform and market leader in parcel services in Romania and Bulgaria.
The Filip & Company team assisted Abris with the due diligence process, the negotiation of the sale-purchase agreement, as well as with other transaction implementation matters.
